# UIDWatch

> Alerts for bankruptcies, liquidations, deletions and register changes of Swiss companies,
> read from the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC), for a watchlist of Swiss company UIDs
> (CHE-123.456.789). Events arrive as signed webhooks, emails, or through a cursor API.

- Sign up with POST https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/api/v1/signup and {"email": "...", "accept_terms": true}; the
  answer holds an API key at once. Send it as "Authorization: Bearer uw_...".
- Signing up accepts https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/terms on behalf of the business that signs up, including the data
  processing terms in section 8.
- The trial lasts 30 days and watches 20 entries until a person
  confirms the email address (link in the mail), then 2500.
- Add companies with POST https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/api/v1/watchlist and {"items": [{"uid": "CHE-110.090.028",
  "reference": "your id", "group": "optional"}]}; PUT replaces the whole list.
- Read events with GET https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/api/v1/events?cursor=0 and keep next_cursor, or register a
  webhook with POST https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/api/v1/webhooks and {"url": "https://..."}; posts are signed with
  HMAC-SHA256.
- Paying needs a person: POST https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/api/v1/billing/checkout returns a Stripe Checkout link.
  CHF 33 per month per package of 2500 entries, up to 10 packages,
  cancel monthly.
- Errors are {"error": {"code", "message", "details"?}}.
- MCP: https://uidwatch.tollwyn.com/mcp
  A remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the API as tools and the same Authorization header;
  only uidwatch_signup works without a key.
