Paste your customer or supplier list and see at once which companies already have bankruptcy, liquidation, debt enforcement or deletion notices — with your own reference next to each. Register entries from 2018, bankruptcies from 2021 (details).

The gazette publishes shortly after midnight. We check every 15 minutes and alert you before your working day starts. Monthly plan, cancel any month in the Stripe portal.
How it works
- Paste your list. UIDs as your ERP or Excel exports them — VAT numbers like
CHE-110.090.028 MWSTwork too — with your own reference and an optional group per client. - See the history. The initial check looks up every company in the gazette's risk rubrics and mails you what it found, newest first.
- Get the alerts. When a company on your list is published, you get a webhook and, once your address is confirmed, an email the same night, with a link to the official notice and its PDF.

Questions
- Where does the data come from?
- From the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC), read through the open API of the official gazettes portal (amtsblattportal.ch). Register entries reach back to September 2018, registry office notices to 2019, bankruptcies, compositions and liquidation notices to 2021, debt enforcement notices mainly to 2025. The legally binding version of a notice is its signed PDF, which every alert links.
- When do alerts arrive?
- The gazette publishes each working day shortly after midnight, Swiss time. We check every 15 minutes, so alerts for that day usually go out around 1 a.m.
- Which companies can I watch?
- Every legal entity with a Swiss UID, sole proprietorships included. People without a UID are not watched. Your VAT number is your UID with “MWST”, “TVA” or “IVA” appended.
- Do you cover debt enforcement registers?
- No. What debt enforcement offices publish in the gazette is included: mainly payment orders and seizures they could not serve in person, auctions and bankruptcy warnings. Extracts from the debt enforcement register are not.
- Can I cancel?
- Any month, in the Stripe customer portal. Your list stays; monitoring pauses at the end of the paid month.
- Can software and AI agents use it?
- Yes: sign up over the API, get a key at once, and let a person pay through the Checkout link the API returns. See the docs, OpenAPI and llms.txt.
